Angela Cundiff, NP — founder of Optimized Health Partners. She has built and launched independent functional wellness practices and works one-on-one with providers doing the same.
Where do I book?
Booking happens right here on the OHP site — the scheduler opens in a panel on this page. If you prefer, you can also book inside the Maxx Clinics system using the secondary link; either way your consultation is tracked to the partnership.
Is this a sales call?
No. It is a working consultation about your practice. If our launch tracks or web and marketing build are a fit, we will tell you — but you leave with a plan either way.
Do I need to already have a practice?
No. We work with providers who are still deciding whether to open, and with practices already running that want to add services or grow.
